HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope that you had a great holiday and you are ready for a new exciting year!  While the weather is still freezing cold for many of us we want to look ahead and bring a little spring into our everyday life - and the easiest way to do that to add colors to our wardrobe, home decor, beauty routine.... Let's see how Pantone visualize 2014. They reveal Color of the Year for 2014: Radiant Orchid “An enchanting harmony of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health. It is a captivating purple, one that draws you in with its beguiling charm.” OK, sounds good! :)  with glass  It is not easy to create a specific hue of purple - but I will do some experiments -  even with hand-paint technique -  to develop a Radiant Orchid tone.  I'm thinking to use the Radiant Orchid with gray or black...(or red for an unusual combination).  What do you think? How does Radiant Orchid make you feel?  Yes/No/Maybe ?
